When will my item ship?
We ship within 24hours of confirmed clear payment. This does not include holidays or weekends. A tracking number will be submitted during that timeframe. If you did not receive a tracking number please contact us immediately.

Yes. We ship to most Destinations that offers tracking.
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding countries we ship to. If using paypal we ship only to
your verfied confirmed address.

How do i get free installation
We offer free installation on all parts purchased from us.
You must mail your unit to us for repair. You may
need to pay an additional fee for return shipping.

Why was my order cancelled?
Most orders are cancelled because the address provided
was not recognized by the USPS address database. Please verify your address. The other possible reason is if you
are using Paypal for payment and your ship to address is
not confirmed. We provide explanation of all cancelled orders, please read the email we sent you or check your spam/junk mail. You can fix the error and resend your order. Lastly there are times when we need to contact you regarding your order, and if the email you provided is invalid then the order may be cancelled. Thank you
